1.  RATIFICATION OF PRIVATE DETENTION BASIN/STORMWATER QUALITY BEST MANAGEMENT PRACTICE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT AND EASEMENT AND SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENTS AGREEMENT - CARE & SHARE SUBDIVISION - Request for the BOCC to ratify the Private Detention Basin/Stormwater Quality Best Management Practice Maintenance Agreement and Easement and the Subdivision Improvements Agreement for the Care & Share Subdivision as part of the approval of the final plat for said subdivision (approved by the BOCC on March 13, 2008).  (Schedule No. 53313-00-047) (MS-07-007) (Tony Deconinck - Project Manager II, Development Services Department)

2.  MODIFICATION OF CONDITIONS - EL DORADO VILLAGE SUBDIVISION - Request by LWD LLC. to modify conditions of approval relating to the roadway system improvements for the El Dorado Village preliminary plan. The property is zoned RR-2.5 (Residential Rural) District and is located west of Interstate 25 and north of El Centro Boulevard, within the South Central Planning Area.  (Schedule Nos. 57170-07-001, 003, 007, 008, 009, 010, 011, 012; 57210-01-001, 002, 003, 004, 005, 006, 007, 008, 009, 010; 57220-01-001, 002, 003, 011, 01, 013, 014, 015) (SP-06-018) (Mike Garrott - Customer Service Division Manager, Development Services Department)

3.  FINAL PLAT - EL DORADO VILLAGE FILING #1 SUBDIVISION - Request by LWD LLC for approval of a Final Plat for the El Dorado Village Filing #1 Subdivision, consisting of approximately 201.52 acres, proposed for 54 single-family lots. The property is zoned RR-2.5 (Rural Residential) District and is located west of Interstate 25 and north of El Centro Boulevard, within the South Central Planning Area. WAIVER:  The applicant is requesting a waiver of Section 1.16.3 of the El Paso County. Land Development Code. The waiver is requested to allow building permits for model homes prior to recording the final plat. Approved unanimously by the Planning Commission on March 4, 2008, subject to conditions and notations. 4.  FINAL PLAT - SECLUSION SUBDIVISION - Request by David Jenkins for Final Plat approval of 314.15 acres to allow for the development of 60 residential lots – Seclusion Subdivision. The property is located ½ mile north of Burgess Road and west of Goodson Road, within the Black Forest Planning Area. Approved unanimously at the April 1, 2008, meeting of the Planning Commission, subject to conditions and notations.
