The affected 16 parcels total approximately 231.9 acres across multiple zone districts in the City of Fountain area. AMENDED PRELIMINARY PLAN - CATHEDRAL PINES - Request by HPT, LLC, for approval of the Cathedral Pines Amended Preliminary Plan for Filings 5, 6, 7 and 8 to allow 13 additional lots in the Cathedral Pines subdivision. The four affected parcels total approximately 161.67 acres and are in the PUD (Planned Unit Development) zone district. The 13 additional lots in the Cathedral Pines subdivision raise the total to 174 lots with a gross density of one lot per 4.65 acres. The parcels are located west of the intersection of Holmes Road and Vessey Road, within the Black Forest Preservation Plan area. 3. Determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations; developing strategy for negotiations; and instructing negotiators on matters concerning possible park and open space acquisition.
