Fleet Management Advisory Board (FMAB)
The Fleet Management Advisory Board advises in the operation and management of the El Paso County Fleet Division to ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws; recommends changes to Fleet section operations that increase efficiency and safety; and advances the Fleet section by soliciting ideas and recommendations from the automotive industry (light/heavy/construction) that enhance the Division's overall maintenance operations.
The FMAB shall be comprised of five voting members and two at-large, non-voting members appointed by the Board of County Commissioners. The five voting members, or their designated representatives, are El Paso County employees who hold the following positions: Fleet section Manager, Highway section Manager, Facilities section Manager, Parks section Manager, and Sheriff's Office representative. These members serve for indefinite terms. The two at-large, non-voting members are appointed from the community and serve for three-year terms. Their terms are limited to two consecutive full terms. |

Board meetings are held annually on the third Thursday of the month at 4:00 p.m., Public Services Department, Main Conference Room, 3275 Akers Drive, Colorado Springs, Colorado. (By-laws) |
