CITY/COUNTY REGIONAL BUILDING COMMITTEE
The City/County Regional Building Committee reviews testing and licensing of applicants, work performance, and minor variance requests under the Building Code, Sign Code, and Safety Code for Elevators. The committee is comprised of an architect, a banker, a building contractor (A or B license), a building contractor (A, B or C license), a building contractor (D license or sub), a citizen-at-large, and a structural engineer.
The committee consists of seven members appointed by the El Paso County Board of Commissioners and/or the Colorado Springs City Council for three-year terms. Terms are limited to two full consecutive terms. (Job Description) |
| Committee meetings are held on the first Wednesday of the month at 9:00 am at Regional Development Center, 2880 International Circle, Colorado Springs, Colroado. |
